Abstract

The article examines the international experience of attracting foreign labour force in the context of the global demographic crisis. The subject of the study is the organizational, legal and economic mechanisms for attracting foreigners to the national labour market. The goal is to generalize effective models of labour immigration and justify ways of adapting them to Ukrainian conditions. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach, on comparative and statistical analysis, which allowed us to systematize the practices of developed countries. As a result, practical recommendations for updating the state policy in the field of labour immigration were developed.
