The study tries to give a clear explanation of this term; investigating the linkage between the term ‘Livability’ and other terms in addition to codifying different studies that are testing new methodologies for analysing cities in terms of being livable. Finally, the paper discusses how to make any built urban environment whether a city, a town or a neighbourhood truly livable.

Keywords: Urban Livability, Livability Rankings, Satisfaction, Quality of Life, Well-being

ER -
